- There's, there's so many different facets to wine making, everywhere from growing grapes from the ground to the wine on the table. I wanted the wines to, to jump out of the glass.

- It's such a sophisticated game, and every year it changes a little bit due to rainfall and climate changes. And so for me, it's fascinating. It's a living thing, and it's kind of an enigma. It's something that you can never fully get around but you can constantly learn about, which I love to learn about things. I'm always on a journey to discover new wine.
